Blue Grass Enrichment Guidelines
1. Registration must be completed using the Membership Toolkit link. Payment must be submitted using Membership Toolkit, cash, or check (Payable to Blue Grass PTO). If cash/check is the method used, it must be received within two days of the registration to reserve a space in the selected class. Students will not officially be added to the class roster until full payment is received.
2. All classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. The Enrichment teacher will contact you before the first class to confirm enrollment. Parents must reply back to the email to confirm they are aware of class dates and times.
4. All classes meet at Blue Grass Elementary.
5. Children enrolled in enrichment classes will stay after school to attend their class. They are to report directly to the enrichment classroom when they are dismissed.
6. Your student must be picked up promptly at the end of the class (4 pm) by an authorized adult. FRONT OR BACK pick up will be designated and monitored by an instructor.
7. If your child attends an after-school program, please let your after-school facility know that your child will not be in attendance on each of the enrichment days.
8. If your child participates in the YMCA After-School Program, please coordinate with the YMCA and Enrichment Instructors on how your child will rotate from one class to another.
9. Students are not allowed to walk home without an authorized adult.
10. Please fully describe any medical condition(s) such as asthma and/or allergies your child may have on the registration form.
11. Please note class size minimum and maximums. If class size minimum is not met, you will be contacted to select a different class. If the class your child selects is full, you have the option to be placed on a waitlist.
